Terms and Conditions – Paleo India
At Paleo India, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You may return or request a refund for products purchased from our website (www.paleoindiafood.com) under certain conditions approved by our customer support team.
You can also cancel your order before it has been shipped.
While we strive to make the return, refund, and cancellation process smooth and hassle-free, some limitations may apply due to business, legal, or contractual obligations.
Eligible Reasons for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product you received is damaged, expired, defective, or faulty.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
Return Conditions
- Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice.
- Brand packaging must be intact and unaltered.
- Replacement is subject to product availability on our website at the time of the request.
To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at info.paleoindia@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. Include:
- Your order ID
- The product name
- Clear images of the product received, showing the Batch ID
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and confirm receipt via email.
- For payments made via net banking, credit card, or debit card, a refund will be initiated within 5 working days of approval. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 14 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider’s timeline.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please share your bank account details (cancelled cheque, passbook copy, or bank statement with your name) for processing. Refunds will be issued within 3 working days after approval.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is reflected.
- Speak to your bank for any delays in processing.
